"Channing Street" is an original cross stitch design by Annie Beez of Annie Beez Folk Art.  the stitch count is 163 W x 196 H.  This sampler was designed as a tribute to Annie's husband who passed away in 2021.  They lived together on Channing Street for 30 years.  The kit contains the pattern, 40 count linen and threads.
