Product Details
"Gardens of Saxony" is an original cross stitch design by Jan Hicks Creates. The design was stitched on 40 count linen and the stitch count is 138 X 138.
The motifs Jan used in Gardens of Saxony are drawn from the large German antique sampler she reproduced, CRS 1713. There are so many wonderful motifs on CRS 1713 that they deserve their own (much smaller!) sampler! This also gives the stitcher a chance to stitch these wonderful designs if they feel like the complete CRS 1713 is too large to take on. The colors for Gardens of Saxony are the faded colors found on the front of CRS 1713.
A garden of delights awaits you while stitching this cheerful garden theme alphabet sampler. Butterflies and flowers bloom in every letter. Pattern includes an alphabet to personalize the quilt style square in the middle to show who's the gardener in your world.
